How long does it take to receive my Zeller card?

Your Zeller card will typically arrive within 5–7 business days from the time you place your order.

This timeframe includes card production, dispatch, and delivery, and accounts for weekends and public holidays.


How is my card delivered?

Cards are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post.

  • Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Cards are delivered as a standard letter

  • Tracking is not available


Can I customise my card?

Yes. You can customise your Zeller card with your business logo, where available. Custom cards follow the same delivery timeframes.


Why does delivery take up to 7 business days?

While delivery is often faster, we allow up to 5–7 business days to account for:

  • Card production time

  • Postal delivery windows

  • Weekends and public holidays

  • Occasional postal delays


What should I do if my card hasn’t arrived?

If your card hasn’t arrived after 7 business days, please contact Zeller Support.
