Is my Virtual Debit Card number different to my physical card?
When you add your Zeller Debit Card to Apple Wallet or Google Pay, a unique digital card number is created to replace your physical card number.
This number is used when making a payment with your Zeller Virtual Debit Card, including when the payment is refunded. This will cause the merchants' records and receipts to show the Virtual Debit Card number.
If you're trying to obtain a refund, you may need to provide 4 digits of your Virtual Debit Card number.
