How do I lock my Zeller Debit Card?
If you have misplaced your card or do not recognise a transaction, you can lock your card to ensure that it is not used without your authorization.
To do so, login to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Go to Cards from the navigation menu.
- Select the card from your list.
- Click on Manage.
- Select Lock Card.
- Click Lock Card again on the confirmation screen.
Your card will be locked immediately and unable to be used to process payments. To reverse this, follow the steps above and select Unlock Card.
