How do I view my SIM card connection details?
If you're experiencing any issues with your Zeller Terminal connected via SIM card, you can view your connection in more detail.
To get started, login to your Zeller Terminal:
- Go to Settings.
- Tap on Network.
- Tap on SIM.
- Review your connection status.
- SIM state
- Signal strength
- Mobile data
If your SIM is showing a weak connection. We advise performing the following actions:
- Reboot your Zeller Terminal.
- Remove and re-insert your third-party or Zeller SIM card.
- Check if your SIM Card has enough data.
- Disable Wi-Fi.
- Contact your provider
- All active Zeller SIM Cards have unlimited data
- Move to an area with more network coverage.
