What actions can I take with my invoice?
You can perform additional actions on your invoices by accessing them from your history.
To get started, login to your Zeller Dashboard:
- Go to Invoices from the navigation menu.
- Select an invoice from the list.
- Click Actions.
The options available are different depending on the invoice status.
| Action | Description | Invoice Status |
| Edit Invoice | Make changes to the invoice recipients, contents, items, or schedule before sending. |

| Delete Invoice | Remove the invoice from your drafts and history. |
|
| Send Reminder | Send an email to your customer reminding them to pay their invoice. |
|
| Cancel Invoice | Cancel the invoice pending payment. This cannot be undone. |
|
| Download PDF | Download a copy of your invoice to save for your records. |
|
| Duplicate | Make a copy to send to a new customer. |
|
| Record Payment | Add a partial or full payment with notes attached. |
|
| Mark as paid | Close the pending invoice. A payment of $0.00 will be recorded. |
|
| Resend | Your customer will receive the invoice email notice again. |
|
| Copy link | Copy a direct link to the invoice payment screen to share. |
