How do Split Payments appear in my transaction history?
Each Split Payment appears as an individual entry in your transaction history. To view specific details of a Split Payment, you can access information such as:
- Split Type
- Initial Amount Entered
- Remaining Balance (if the split payment was cancelled)
- Date and Time of the First Payment
Zeller Terminal
- From the navigation menu, select Transactions.
- Use the search filters or scroll to find the relevant Split Payment transaction.
- Select the transaction to open the Transaction Details screen.
- Choose Split Payment Details to view further information.
Zeller Dashboard
- Go to Payments > Transactions.
- Use the search filters or scroll to locate the Split Payment transaction.
- Select the transaction to access the Transaction Details screen.
- Click on Split Payment Details for more specific information.
Zeller App
- From the navigation menu, tap Transactions.
- Use the search filters or scroll to identify the Split Payment transaction.
- Select the transaction to open the Transaction Details screen.
- Tap Split Payment Details for additional information.
