Processing an Integrated MOTO Sale

Before processing a payment, review your site settings to confirm that MOTO is enabled. Click here for more details.

1. Initiate a sale within your POS system as you would for any standard transaction. This will push the payment request and amount to your paired Zeller Terminal.

2. The Zeller Terminal will display the standard "Tap, insert or swipe card" screen.

3. Instead of presenting a physical card, Tap anywhere on the terminal screen. This action will reveal an Enter Card Details button.

4. Tap the Enter Card Details button to proceed to the Manual Card Entry screen.

5. Carefully input the customer's card details:

   • Card number 

   • Card expiry date (MM/YY)

   • 3 or 4-digit CVC/CVV

6. Tap Next after entering the details.

7. A confirmation screen will appear, displaying the final amount. Verify the amount with the customer and tap Charge.

8. The payment will be processed. Upon approval, the transaction result and a unique Zeller reference number are automatically sent back to your POS, which will finalise the sale.
