How do I update my site PIN?

We recommend updating your site PIN regularly to maintain security on your device. 

To update the site PIN on your Zeller Dashboard: 

1. Navigate to Sites. 
2. Select the site you wish to manage. 
3. Click Edit 
4. Edit the site PIN in the required field and click Save. 

To update the site PIN on your Zeller Terminal:

1. Confirm your device is logged in via the navigation panel.
2. Select Settings 
3. Tap on Site Settings.
4. Tap Update Site PIN. 
5. Enter in the current site PIN. 
6. Enter in your new site PIN. 
7. Tap Save. 

Your site PIN will be automatically updated. If you're experiencing any issues with accessing your Zeller Terminal, please contact our Support team.
