How do I enable tipping capability?

Zeller lets you prompt customers for tips at checkout. You can set up percentage tip options or allow customers to enter a custom amount.

To enable tipping on your Zeller Dashboard:

1. Navigate to Sites. 
2. Select the site you wish to manage. 
3. Select the Payments tab at the top of the screen.
4. Toggle Enable Tipping on. You can set:

1. 1. Three individual tipping amounts by percentage of the total value of the transaction. 
   2. A custom tip input entry by toggling the Custom tip amount option on. 

To enable tipping on your Zeller Terminal:

1. Confirm your device is logged in via the navigation panel.

2. Select Settings.

3. Tap on Site Settings.

4. Tap on Tipping.

5. Toggle the Tipping option on.
